Mentoring - How does it work? Is it for you?

Date: Tuesday, October 30th, 2007

Time: 5:30-7:30pm

Where: Ottawa Public Library (120 Metcalfe), Room 1A/1B

CASLIS Ottawa cordially invites you to a lively panel discussion on mentoring. Here's your chance to consider all facets of mentoring in the library profession - how to get started, the pros and cons, pitfalls to avoid, success factors, the rewards and challenges, etc. There will be an opportunity to network with other mentors and mentees - perhaps even link up with a young protégé in a mutually-beneficial professional mentoring relationship. Invite your mentor/mentee and co-workers to join you for this informative session.

Cost: FREE

Refreshments will be served.
