Karen Wilson, Outsell, Inc. will be presenting "Library Benchmarks and Trends." The presentation will include data from Outsell's Information Management Benchmark study and will also include a brief overview of Outsell services.

Outsell (www.outsellinc.com) is the only research and advisory firm focused on the information, publishing, and education industries. Outsell currently has about 100 government, corporate, and education library clients in the U.S., Canada the U.K. and Australia. As Director & Lead Analyst, Karen Wilson researches, analyzes, and writes about information professionals and information management best practices. At Outsell, Karen is responsible for managing a variety of custom client projects and heads up Outsell's benchmark research. Karen has also had extensive experience managing primary research studies and advises clients on research methodologies, strategic management, metrics and library management.

Karen holds a B.A. (Honours) degree from Queen's University, and a Master's Degree in Library Science from the University of Toronto.
