Customer Service Skills 101

Join us for a panel presentation about customer service and communicating the value of library service. Panelists will discuss what management needs to do to create an environment in which good customer service is the norm, the training, policies and performance appraisals that support customer service, customer service standards and communicating the value of library service using a Value Proposition approach.

  • Margaret Sampson, Manager, Library Services, Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario
  • Yvonne Van Lith, Coordinator, Sunnyside Branch, Ottawa Public Library
  • Sonia Bebbington, Manager, Library Client Services, Department of Finance Canada
